Ebony Allen is an experienced consultant with a background spanning government, corporate, and community sectors.

Over her 19-year career, she has led strategic projects in education, policy, and communications - including leadership roles with the Department of Education NT, The Fred Hollows Foundation, and KPMG. Ebony now works independently, helping organisations strengthen their strategy, engagement, and impact.
